Mike Parkinson – Chairman
Michael founded Triton Construction in 2005, having previously been the Managing Director of Propencity Group, one of the UK’s largest privately owned construction group’s .From the outset Michael has shaped the company’s ethos of a proactive problem solving business, with a focus on consistent delivery and quality. Recruiting the best management team guiding and empowering has been a key element in Tritons business success, a management style Mike will also incorporate into Remstone.
Steve Bolton – Operations Director
Steve has a wealth of experience in both the construction and commercial disciplines having held a main board position for more years than he cares to remember.
Supporting Triton since its very beginnings and now responsible for the Northwest division he brings a commitment to quality of service and performance to benefit all the stakeholders in our projects. Giving a voice to all concerned at site level has proved to provide significant gains in both quality and programme. Respecting the delivery team and motivating them to optimum levels of performance provides our clients with projects that all can be truly proud of.
Steve is committed to firmly establishing Triton in the Northwest and the ongoing success of Remstone, ensuring both have a reputation for quality and fairness in its dealings with both its clients and contractors alike.
Philip Dyer – Business Development Director
Phil joined Triton Construction as part of the strategic acquisition of Remstone Construction in 2018. Phil is extremely knowledgeable and has a proven track record spanning many years within the Construction industry including managing Remstone Construction for 13 years. Phil is now responsible for the Business Development of Remstone and Triton North West office. Phil has a friendly hands on management style and enjoys being able to help clients make the right decisions for their future projects by sharing his knowledge during the preconstruction phases of the projects.
John Duffey – Commercial Director
John joined Triton at the formation of the business in 2005, bringing his experience gained working with respected building contractors such as the likes of John Sisk and Bowmer & Kirkland. At the heart of Triton’s honest and pragmatic approach and in the interest of forming long-lasting relationships with Clients, the Design Team and Supply Chain, he has formed and developed the commercial systems within Triton that have be crucial to the success of the company an ethos John will now develop within Remstone.
Justin Goodyear- Estimating Director
Justin joined the business in its infancy in 2005 having previously worked for a number of regional and national contractors. Justin and his team of dedicated and hardworking estimators are responsible for securing construction projects across both regions which will also incorporate the Remstone tendering process.

Geoff Terry – Contracts Manager
Ben joined Remstone in January 2018 following various positions with national & Regional contractors. Ben is a seasoned project QS & is keen to ensure cost certainty for his projects.
Ben Sexton – Quantity Surveyor

Josh Carroll – Assistant Estimator
Josh joined Remstone Construction in 2017 from A major UK contractor. Josh has a degree in Building Surveying from Liverpool John Moore’s. Josh is a key member of the pre-construction team being working alongside Phil, josh is responsible for the tender process.
Adam Adnan – Assistant Estimator
Adam joined Remstone in 2017 with a degree in Quantity surveying from Liverpool, Adams skills enhance our team with international experience in cost management.
Peter Robinson – Site Manager
Peter has been at Remstone Construction since 2009. Peter is a time served bricklayer and has held a management role for over 30 years. Peter has successfully completed several projects for Remstone Construction between £100K to £1.5M. His knowledgeable and amiable approach has enabled him to work collaboratively within occupied schools and commercial properties without any disruption to the end-users. Peter’s high standards in health, safety and quality are evident on every one of his sites. Peter is currently delivering a £1.3m commercial project in Warrington.
Mike Kelly – Site Manager
Mike has been at Remstone Construction since 2001. Mike is a time served bricklayer and has held a management role for over 5 years. Mike has worked on all aspects of the operational business throughout his time at Remstone Construction. Mike has completed several projects between £100k and £1.1M. Mike has worked in live environments successfully and takes pride in maintaining a high standard of quality and safety on each of his projects. Mike’s recently delivered a £1.3m commercial project in Ellesmere Port.
Carl Jackson – Assistant Site Manager
Carl has been at Remstone Construction since 2009. Carl is a time served joiner and has recently been promoted into a management role. Carl uses his knowledge, experience and his calm approach to ensure that all of his projects are planned and managed to a meticulous detail. Carl is recen a £250k healthcare project in Liverpool.
Phil Smith – Supervisor
Phil has been with Remstone for over 5 years, and looks after amongst other roles after sales issues. Maintaining close links with our Site Mangers to ensure little issues are resolved quickly and efficiently
